To request any maintenance at your property, please go to this website https://pma.propertysafe.com.au/index.php/tenants/report and sign up or download the app from either the Google Play or App Store by searching ‘maintenance manager’.
You will need to use the email address you provided on your tenancy agreement, please contact your property manager if you are unsure of this or would like to update it.
Once you submit the request, the process becomes automated so we will be able to notify a tradesperson to attend much more efficiently. You will receive regular updates on the status of the request, progress made, further information required from your property, providing confirmation back to us that the work has been completed and is satisfactory etc.
If you would like to request upgrades to your property that fall outside the scope of 'wear and tear' or routine maintenance work, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. If you are using Maintenance Manager to submit an upgrade request, please download a copy of the upgrade form, complete it and include it as an attachment with your Maintenance Manager request to enable us to process your request faster.
